Perspectives on initialization of resuscitation after a sudden non-hospital circulatory arrest

Abstract:

Práce se věnuje problematice zahajování resuscitace zdravotnickými záchranáři v mimonemocničním prostředí. V teoretické části je popsán systém zajištění přednemocniční neodkladné péče, náhlá zástava oběhu, s ní související laická a rozšířená neodkladná resuscitace a telefonicky asistovaná neodkladná resuscitace. Výzkumná část bakalářské práce se zabývá výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které se týká především kompetencí posádek zdravotnické záchranné služby při zahajování resuscitace v přednemocniční péči a jejich vzděláváním v problematice resuscitace.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with initialization of paramedic resuscitation in a non-hospital environment. In the theoretical part of this thesis, the pre-hospital emergency care assurance system is described, as well as sudden cardiac arrest, related unqualified and enhanced emergency resuscitation and mobile-assisted emergency resuscitation. The research part of this thesis deals with interview survey results concerning especially emergency medical services crew competence when starting CPR in pre-hospital emergency care and their education and training in the issue of resuscitation.
