Development of Communication in Public Administration with a Focus on the City of Zubří

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá komunikací ve veřejné správě se zaměřením na město Zubří. Hlavním cílem této práce je analyzovat současně využívané komunikační prostředky města a na základě této analýzy navrhnout možná řešení, která přispějí k rozvoji komunikace. V teoretické části je práce zaměřená na definici samotné komunikace, na její funkci a členění. Nedílnou součástí této práce je také komunikace ve veřejné správě, či vymezení komunikačních strategií. Praktická část diplomové práce je zaměřená na analýzu současného stavu komunikace ve městě. Formou dotazníkového šetření je zmapován postoj občanů města na externí komunikaci a formou strukturovaných rozhovorů, se zaměstnanci městského úřadu, je analyzován současný stav interní komunikace. Následně jsou na základě výsledků doporučeny návrhy, které by se mohly podílet na zlepšení celkové komunikace ve městě Zubří.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with communication in public administration with a focus on the city of Zubří. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the currently used means of communiaction in the city and based on this analysis, to propose possible solutinons that will contribute to the development of communication. In the theoretical part the thesis is focused on the definition of communication itself, on its function and distribution. An important part of this thesis is also communication in public administration and the definition of communication strategies. The practical part is focused on the analysis of the current state of communication in the city. Through a questionnaire survey is mapped the attitude of the citizens to external communication and through interviews with employees of the city office is analyzed the current state of internal communication. Based on the results are recommended proposals which could improve communication in the city of Zubří.
