Characteristcs of the wine region of the village Rakvice and its surroundings

Abstract:

Předkládaná práce se věnuje problematice charakteristiky vinařských obcí Rakvice, Přítluky a Zaječí. Práce je rozdělena na několik tematických celků. První se věnuje základní charakteristice zájmového území, kdy je řešena zejména přírodní charakteristika, jako jsou půdní poměry, geologie, hydrologie a umístění chráněných území. Další část se věnuje charakteristice jednotlivých obcí, a to ve stručnosti z historického či socioekonomického a geografického pohledu. Dále je představena vinařská podoblast, do které dané vinařské obce patří. Následně je věnována pozornost jednotlivým viničním tratím. Důraz je kladen na půdní podmínky, stručně jsou jednotlivé viniční tratě charakterizovány a u každé jsou uvedeny nejpěstovanější odrůdy. V neposlední řadě se práce věnuje problematice vín s originální certifikací a dále nejvýznamnějším vinařům a vinařským kulturním akcím v daném regionu.

Abstract:

The presented work deals with the issue of the characteristics of the wine villages Rakvice, Přítluky and Zaječí. The work is divided into several thematic units. The first deals with the basic characteristics of the area of interest, which deals mainly with natural characteristics, such as soil conditions, geology, hydrology and location of protected areas. The next part deals with the characteristics of individual municipalities, briefly from a historical or socio-economic and geographical point of view. furthermore, the wine-growing sub-region to which the given wine-growing municipalities belong is introduced. Subsequently, attention is paid to individual vineyard routes. Emphasis is placed on soil conditions, the individual vineyard routes are briefly characterized and the most cultivated varieties are listed for each. Last but not least, the work deals with the issue of wines with original certification and the most important winemakers and wine cultural events in the region.
