Offer and range of provided services in hotel focused on congress clients

Abstract:

The goal of the thesis is to analyse the scope and the extent of provided services at a hotel with the congress customers as the target audience. The theoretical part focuses on the hotel industry, legal aspects of the hotel business, congress travel and pricing in this area. In the analytical part, Hotel Roca *** is defined as a hotel with the congress customers as the target audience, a detailed list of the services offered at the hotel is provided, and the quality assessment of the services is included. The survey, with the goal to define the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel and recommendations for the further development of the provided congress services, also constitutes a part of the thesis.

Abstract:

Cieľom záverečnej práce je analyzovať ponuku a rozsah poskytovaných služieb v hoteli zameranom na kongresovú klientelu. Teoretická časť práce sa venuje hotelierstvu, právnej úprave podnikania v oblasti hotelierstva, kongresovému cestovnému ruchu a cenotvorbe v tejto oblasti. V analytickej časti je definovaný Hotel Roca*** ako hotel zameraný na kongresovú klientelu, špecifikované poskytované služby v hoteli a zhodnotená ich kvalita. Súčasťou práce je dotazníkový prieskum s cieľom definovať prednosti hotela i jeho nedostatky a vytvoriť odporúčania pre ďalší rozvoj poskytovaných kongresových služieb v hoteli.
