Bakalářská práce se zabývá Kontaktním centrem Břeclav z pohledu klientů. Cílem teoretické části bakalářské práce je vymezení pojmů a uvedení do problematiky daného tématu. Od obecnějších kapitol jako jsou drogy a drogová závislost, se přes například systém péče v České republice nebo problémy drogové scény dostávám konkrétněji ke kontaktnímu centru a aplikačním místnostem. This Bachelor’s thesis deals with the Contact center Břeclav from its clients' point of view. The goal of the theoretical part is to definite terms introduce basic topics. General topics like drugs and drug addiction are described first, care system in the Czech Republic, problems of drug addicted groups are discussed next, followed by the main topic - contact center and a drug consumption rooms.
