Status of Financial Administration in the field of administrative offences

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat a vyhodnotit situaci v oblasti Finanční správy na území České Republiky s důrazem na oblast správních deliktů. Oblast správních deliktů je nedílnou součástí agendy finanční správy. Tato práce nejprve vysvětluje základní pojmy, které se týkají dané problematiky. Následně hierarchicky přiblíží postavení Finanční správy České Republiky a zaměří se na konkrétní územní pracoviště a finanční úřad. A dále na základě zpracovaných dat v oblasti třech stěžejních správních deliktů bude provedena analýza a vyhodnocena stávající situace. Práce obsahuje data, která eviduje Finanční úřad pro Pardubický kraj.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis aim analyze and evaluate situation in the field of Financial Administration in Czech Republic focusing with administrative offenses. The field of administrative offenses is an integral part of Financial Administration. This thesis briefly explains the basic concepts that related with problematic of administrative offenses. Subsequently, this thesis define the position of the Financial Administration of the Czech Republic with hierarchically approach and the thesis will focus on a specific Territorial Branches and a Financial Administration. In addition, the thesis will analyzes and evaluates the current situation on the basis of the data processed in the area of the three most important administrative offenses. The thesis contains data registered by the Tax Office for the Pardubice Region.
