Abstract:
Práce pojednává o implementaci systému řízení dle mezinárodního standardu ISO/IEC 20000. Autor vysvětluje pojmy i použití metodik a popisuje plán řízení projektu v PRINCE2 pro projekt implementace - fázi plánování. Dále informuje o konkrétním použití v praxi a poukazuje na zajímavosti a problémy. Argumentace jsou podloženy aktuální analýzou trhu v ČR a dostupnými statistikami.
Abstract:
Master thesis is about implementation of an International Standard ISO/IEC 20000 - Management System for IT Services. Author explains terms and methodologies, then describes project plan in PRINCE2 for the phase of PDCA cycle - "Plan".
