Návratnost investic do zateplení rodinných domů

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce hodnotí investici do zateplení rodinného domu s použitím prosté a diskontované doby návratnosti. Výpočtu doby návratnosti předchází vytvoření několika návrhů zateplení v programu DEKSOFT, kalkulace celkových nákladů a výpočet roční spotřeby energie na vytápění po zateplení za použití on-line kalkulačky. Výsledky ukázaly, že nejvhodnějším návrhem zateplení pro daný objekt je nejlevnější varianta s použitím expandovaného polystyrenu, čímž bylo vyvráceno tvrzení, že dražší materiál s lepšími vlastnostmi nabídne nižší dobu návratnosti díky nižší roční spotřebě energie na vytápění. Dále bylo zjištěno, že zateplení objektu tak, aby odpovídal třídě energetické náročnosti A nebo B nenabízí dostatečnou roční úsporu spotřeby energie na vytápění, aby byla doba návratnosti nižší než u levnějších návrhů. Pro zpřesnění výpočtu doporučuje zaměřit se na hodnoty tepelných mostů konstrukce, vytvoření rezervy při kalkulaci celkových nákladů a uvažování s rozdílnými cenami za energii v jednotlivých letech.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis evaluates the investment in the insulation of a family house using a simple and discounted payback period. The calculation of the payback period is preceded by the creation of several thermal insulation proposals in the DEKSOFT program, the calculation of total costs and the calculation of the annual energy consumption for heating after aplying insulation using an online calculator. The results showed that the most suitable insulation design for a given building is the cheapest variant using expanded polystyrene, which refuted the claim that a more expensive material with better properties will offer a lower payback time due to lower annual energy consumption for heating. Furthermore, it was found that the insulation of the building to correspond to energy efficiency class A or B does not offer sufficient annual savings in energy consumption for heating, so that the payback period is lower than for cheaper designs. To refine the calculation, it is recommended to focus on the values of the thermal bridges of the structure, to create a reserve when calculating the total costs and to consider different energy prices in individual years.
