V této práci je řešena problematika spolupráce externích pracovníků se Střediskem volného času Dům dětí a mládeže Vikýř, Jablonec nad Nisou, Podhorská 49, příspěvková organizace. Cílem práce je vytvoření programu na posílení spolupráce mezi jednotlivými pracovníky i směrem k vedení jednotlivých oddělení a samotné organizace. Discussed in this thesis are the issues of the external staff from the contributory organization Leisure Centre House for Children and Youth Vikýř (DDM Vikýř), Podhorská 49, Jablonec nad Nisou. The aim was to establish a program to strenghten co-operation between individual workers towards the leadership of individual departments as well as the organization itself.
