Management of the Corporate Communication
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce ve své teoretické části pojednává o mezilidské komunikaci, rozebírá druhy a způsoby komunikace obecně, dále pojednává o firemní komunikaci, mapuje komunikační toky a formy v prostředí podniku. Cílem praktické části je posouzení efektivnosti komunikace ve firemní prostředí a navržení efektivního komunikačního modelu s cílem zlepšení výkonnosti pracovníků.

Bachelor thesis in its theoretical part deals with interpersonal communication, it analyzes the types and ways of communication in general way, it deals with corporate communication, maps communication flows and forms in the environment of the company.
