Motivation, performance and satisfaction of employees

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá vztahem mezi motivací, výkonem a spokojeností zaměstnanců ve firmě a jejich dopadem na výsledky firmy. V teoretické části jsou představeny relevantní teorie a koncepty týkající se motivace, výkonu a spokojenosti zaměstnanců, stejně jako jejich vztah k výsledkům firmy. Praktická část se zaměřuje na výzkum provedený v konkrétní firmě, který zahrnuje rozhovor s HR manažerem a dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci. Výsledky obou výzkumů jsou analyzovány a porovnány s teoretickými doporučeními. Na základě zjištěných informací jsou navržena doporučení pro firmu, která mají za cíl zlepšit motivaci, výkon a spokojenost zaměstnanců. Doporučení mají potenciál posílit motivaci, výkon a spokojenost zaměstnanců a přispět k lepším výsledkům firmy. Práce přináší poznatky a ponaučení pro podnikovou praxi a navrhuje možný subjektivní pocit zaměstnance z práce. Význam vazeb a souvislostí mezi motivací, výkonem, spokojeností zaměstnanců a výsledky firmy je zdůrazněn a naznačuje, že investice do těchto oblastí mohou přinést významné benefity pro celou organizaci.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with the relationship between motivation, performance and satisfaction of employees in the firm and their impact on firm performance. The theoretical part presents relevant theories and concepts related to employee motivation, performance and satisfaction as well as their relationship to firm performance. The practical part focuses on research conducted in a specific firm, which includes an interview with an HR manager and a questionnaire survey among employees. The results of both researches are analyzed and compared with the theoretical recommendations. Based on the information found, recommendations are proposed for the company to improve employee motivation, performance and satisfaction. The recommendations have the potential to enhance employee motivation, performance and satisfaction and contribute to better firm performance. The paper provides insights and lessons for corporate practice and suggests possible subjective employee perceptions of work. The importance of the links and linkages between motivation, performance, employee satisfaction and firm performance is highlighted, suggesting that investments in these areas can yield significant benefits for the entire organization.
