Insulation of valuable historic buildings

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se bude zabývat problematikou stavebních úprav, sanace a především tepelně izolačních systémů památkově hodnotných staveb. Bakalářská práce se bude týkat hospodářské usedlosti v Obci Buzice, která sloužila v minulosti rodinám statkářů a jejich činnostem a která byla ve vlastnictví Ferdinanda Hilprandta. V bakalářské práci se budu snažit na zvoleném objektu najít taková vhodná řešení, která při zpracování návrhu zateplení památkově hodnotné stavby nebudou odporovat, jak České státní normě, tak Památkovému zákonu, zákon č. 20/1987 Sb., o státní památkové péči. Prvním úkolem bude popsat a znázornit příčiny vedoucí k degradaci jednotlivých konstrukčních částí a také stanovit vhodný tepelně izolační systém zájmového objektu. Dále pak doporučit opatření, kterými je možné popsané poruchy sanovat s ohledem na náročnost technologickou a v neposlední řadě také finanční. Druhým úkolem této práce je zajistit objekt nejen před destrukcí, ale jednotlivými stavebními úpravami jej uvést do stavu vhodného k budoucímu využití především jako, objekt chráněných dílen v přízemí objektu a 2 bytových jednotek v 1.NP, které mají shodnou dispozici a to 3 + 1., se zachováním historické hodnoty objektu. Na zájmovém objektu bude postupně popisováno použití moderních metod a znalostí k rekonstrukci celého objektu. Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování návrhu zateplení konkrétní historické budovy. Bude provedena analýza používaných metod a vyhodnocení specifik při provádění tepelných izolací památkově hodnotných staveb.

Abstract:

This thesis will deal with the problems of reconstruction, rehabilitation and, above all, thermal insulation systems, historically valuable buildings. The thesis will cover economic estate in the village of Buzice, which served in the past, the families of the farmers and their activities, and which was owned by Ferdinand Hilprandt. In the Bachelor's work I will try on the selected object to find such suitable solutions that, when drafting the insulation listed valuable buildings not oppose, as the Czech State standard, Heritage law, law No. 20/1987 Coll., on State care monument. The first task will be to describe and illustrate the causes leading to the degradation of the individual components and also provide for a suitable thermal insulation system of the areo object. Then recommend measures to bail out the fault can be described with regard to the demands of technology and last but not least financial. The second purpose of this work is to ensure not only the object before the destruction, but the various structural modifications to bring it into a State suitable for future use, especially as the object protected workshops on the ground floor and 2 units in the first floor, which have the same available 3+1., while maintaining the historic value of the object. On the object of pet will gradually described the use of modern methods and knowledge for the reconstruction of the entire building. The main goal of this Bachelor thesis is to, handle the design of the thermal insulation of a specific historic building. Analysis and evaluation of the methods to be applied when carrying out the specifics of thermal insulations listed valuable buildings.
