The effects of employee motivation on increasing sales of alliance partners products at the Czech post office in Třebíč
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je seznámení se s problematikou motivace a následná analýza současného stavu se zaměřením na Českou poštu v Třebíči. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí. První část je soustředěna na jednotlivé teoretické pojmy, které se týkají motivace. V druhé části je provedena analýza současné situace na České poště v Třebíči. Poslední třetí částí je zhodnocení situace a návrh řešení.

The aim of the thesis is to become familiar with issues of motivation and subsequent analysis of the current state at the Czech post office in Třebíč. The thesis is divided into three parts.
