Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Distribuce zboží v Avon Cosmetics, s.r.o je zaměřena na popis a analýzu firemního procesu zpracování objednávek a distribučního modelu. Pozornost je věnována možnostem zadávání objednávek, fakturaci, přepravě zásilek a distribuci zboží zákazníkům. Cílem práce je analyzovat současnou situaci firemního distribučního modelu, odhalit oblasti pro zlepšení a navrhnout opatření vedoucí ke zvýšení úrovně poskytovaných služeb zákazníkům a úsporám logistických nákladů.

Abstract:

The thesis Goods distribution in Avon Cosmetics, s.r.o. in Czech Republic is focused on description and analysis of both company order processing and distribution model. There is paid attention to ways of placing orders, its invoicing, transportation of shipments and goods distribution to customers. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze current situation of the company distribution model, find possible areas to be enhanced and propose solutions leading to both customer service level enhancement and logistic costs savings.
