Abstract:
Diplomová práce na téma hodnocení výkonu pracovníků je zaměřena na důvody hodnocení pracovníků, metody, formy a předmět hodnocení pracovníků. Teoretická část obsahuje vymezení metody a formy hodnocení, osoby hodnotitele, dále jsou zde vymezeny kritéria hodnocení pracovníků.
