Účelem této práce je přiblížit místní a krajské referendum jakožto právní nástroje, které umožňují ovlivnění určitého stavu věci od té nejnižší úrovně, tedy od lidu. The purpose of this work is to bring the local and regional referendum closer as legal instruments that allow to influence a certain state of affairs from the lowest level, ie from the people.
