Thai boxing and MMA. Modern forms of fighting games and rituals associated with them.
Abstract:
Práce se zabývá seznámením čtenářů s thajským boxem a MMA jako moderními bojovými hrami. Dále jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy hra a rituál. Ve výzkumné části je popsán průběh výzkumu v klubu SK Pretorian Pardubice a konkrétní formy rituálů, které členové dodržují. Tyto rituály jsou poté analyticky rozebrány a jsou vyzdviženy jejich funkce a důležitost pro danou skupinu.
Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor thesis is introduction of Thai Box and MMA as modern martial arts. Terms game and ritual are explained. The analytical part describes the research in club SK Pretorian Pardubice and specific forms of rituals that are practiced by members of the club. These rituals are examined and their function and importance for the group are highlighted.
