Business Plan to Extend the Family Business

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rodinných firem, významem plánování a procesem tvorby podnikatelského plání pro rozšíření aktivit podnikání rodinné firmy v oblasti služeb ustájení koní, jezdecké školy a ubytování. Cílem bylo sestavit podnikatelský plán na nový projekt a zhodnotit jeho životaschopnost. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretických východiscích jsou vysvětlena specifika rodinného podnikání, je nastíněna struktura podnikatelského plánu. Praktická část této práce obsahuje vypracovaný podnikatelský plán společně s finanční analýzou, která ukazuje nový projekt jako životaschopný.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of family companies, the importance of planning and the process of creating a business plan for expanding the activities of family business in the field of horse stabling, riding school and accommodation. The aim was to compile a business plan for a new project and assess its viability. This work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical basis explains the specifics of family business, outlines the structure of the business plan. The practical part of this work contains the elaborated business plan together with financial analysis, which shows the new project as viable.
