Diplomová práca „Vlastný kapitál z účtovného a daňového hľadiska“ ozrejmuje vykazovanie vlastného kapitálu a účtovanie o jeho zmenách a prípadných daňových dopadoch týchto zmien. Práca taktiež porovnáva vykazovanie vlastného kapitálu podľa českej legislatívy a podľa Medzinárodných štandardov účtovného výkazníctva.
