The diagnostic of reaction-speed abilities of the football players in youth category

Abstract:

Tato práce je zaměřena na diagnostiku úrovně reakčně-rychlostních schopností fotbalistů v dorosteneckém věku ? konkrétně fotbalisty FK Vítkovice a to kategorie U17 a U19. Je možné tuto diagnostiku provádět více způsoby, v dnešní době je nejpoužívanější způsob pomocí přístroje Fitro agility check od společnosti Fitronic, který je také používaný v Centru diagnostiky motoriky člověka na Katedře tělesné výchovy Ostravské univerzity v Ostravě a pomocí něho jsme získali hodnoty výkonů hráčů, které se odvíjely od jejich reakce zašlápnout dolní končetinou jednu ze čtyř nášlapných met dle lokalizace podnětu na plátně (na monitoru). Tento test umožňuje diferencování každého z hráčů podle hráčských funkcí na hřišti z hlediska úrovně reakčně-rychlostních schopností. Pokud nebudeme brát v úvahu genetické dispozice, které má každý jiné a nemůžeme je ovlivnit, tak výsledky respektive rozdíly, které získáme vyhodnocením testů jednotlivých hráčů, budou nejspíše odrazem odlišných nároků na tyto schopnosti, které se vytváří z přizpůsobení organismu hráče na dlouhodobé tréninkové zatížení. Dlouhodobé sledování těchto výsledků může poskytnout zaručené informace o vývoji každého jedince z hlediska rozvoje těchto schopností.

Abstract:

This work is aimed at diagnosing the level of reaction-speed abilities in the junior age players - specifically, football players from FC Vitkovice U17 and U19 categories. It is possible to make the diagnosis more ways, today is the most common way of using the apparatus Fitr agility check from the company Fitronic, which is also used in human locomotion Diagnostics Center at the Department of Physical Education, University of Ostrava, and through him we get the value of player's performance, which unfolded from the reaction step on the leg one of the four anti-personnel met by locating the initiative on canvas (on screen). The test allows differentiation of each of the players according to player functions on the pitch in terms of level of reaction-speed abilities. If we do not take into account genetic predisposition, to each other and we can not influence the results of respectively the differences that we get the evaluation test of the players are most likely reflects the different demands on these abilities to create an adaptation of the organism players on long-term training load. Long-term monitoring of these results can provide guaranteed information on the development of each individual in terms of developing these skills.
