Cílem práce je porovnat dějinné koncepce v díle Aurelia Augustina, zejména jeho spisu O obci Boží, a Jana Amose Komenského. Za tím účelem jsou popsány a využity i jiné relevantní způsoby vnímání času, starší i novověké. Po analýze obou koncepcí je vyhodnocena míra utopičnosti obou koncepcí, s využitím Mannheimovy definice utopického a ideologického myšlení, a v případě Jana Amose Komenského i míra …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to compare and contrast the concepts of history as they are found in the works of Aurelius Augustinus, predominantly in his De civitatis Dei, and in the works of John Amos Comenius. To that purpose other relevant approaches to the issue of time are also employed, both ancient and modern.
