Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem slevy z ceny v rámci práv z vadného plnění. Cílem práce je definování předpokladů, které musí být splněny, aby bylo možné korektně slevu z ceny uplatnit, včetně časových požadavků a formy žádosti o slevu. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of discount on the price within the rights from defective performance. The aim of the work is to define the assumptions that must be met in order to correctly apply the discount on the price, including time requirements and the form of the request for a discount.
