Conditional preparation at a selected military unit of the Army of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na sledování výkonnosti příslušníků vojenských jednotek, a to konkrétně útvaru vzdušných sil ve Staré Boleslavi. Primárním cílem této práce je porovnání výsledků dle stanov splnění výročního tělesného přezkoušení Armády České republiky. Výsledky mého měření porovnávají 2 skupiny po 10 náhodně vybraných subjektů převážně z příslušníků roty bojového zabezpečení. Obě skupiny prochází měsíční přípravou. První skupina provádí klasický cvičební silový program pomocí posilovny. Druhá skupina se zaměřuje na cvičení s vlastním tělem prostřednictvím cvičebního programu, ve kterém je zahrnuta tabata, HIIT, cvičení na TRX a kruhový trénink. Na základě zjištění navrhnout pohybový program, který je efektivnější pro fyzické přezkoušení. Výsledky jednotlivců byly měřeny 3x, a to vstupním měřením, po druhém týdnu a finálním měřením, přičemž se kontrolovala i hmotnost. Následný návrh pohybového programu, by mohl být navržen pro tělesnou přípravu k výročnímu přezkoušení a zařazen do cvičebního hodinového fondu tělesné přípravy pro obecné ne speciální útvary.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on monitoring the performance of members of military units, namely the Air Force Unit in Staré Boleslav. The primary aim of this work is to compare the results according to the statutes of the annual body examination of the Army of the Czech Republic. The results of my measurement are compared by 2 groups of 10 randomly selected subjects, mostly from the members of the martial arts corps. Both groups undergo monthly preparation. The first group performs a classic exercise exercise program using the gym. The second group focuses on exercises with their own body through an exercise program that includes tabby, HIIT, TRX training and circle training. Based on the findings, design a motion program that is more effective for physical testing. Individual results were measured 3 times by initial measurement, after the second week and by the final measure-ment, and the weight was checked. The subsequent design of the motion program could be designed for physical preparation for the annual examination and included in the training schedule of physical training for general non-special departments.
