V diplomové práci jsou shrnuty základní informace o klinickém významu některých zástupců čeledi Enterobacteriaceae, o terapeutickém významu chinolonů, rozšíření a molekulární podstatě rezistence k těmto antibiotikům. The thesis presents basic information about clinical significance of some species of Enterobacteriaceae family, therapeutic potential of quinolones, emergence and molecular basis of resistance to these antibiotics.
