Analysis of the development of social competencies for clients of low-threshold facilities for children and youth

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rozvíjení sociálních kompetencí u klientů, kteří navštěvují nízkoprahová zařízení pro děti a mládež. V rámci teoretických východisek je věnována pozornost socializaci, prostředí, kde socializace probíhá a to zejména rodině, jejím funkcím, struktuře, výchovným stylům a důležitým životním mezníkům z hlediska vývoje jedince. Dále se práce zabývá možnostmi práce s klientem, které mají pracovníci NZDM pro rozvíjení sociálních kompetencí. Výzkumné šetření realizované v rámci této práce je zaměřeno na analýzu možností rozvíjení sociálních kompetencí u cílové skupiny. Cílem této práce je zjistit, jaké metody pracovníci NZDM využívají pro určení kompetencí, které klient potřebuje pomoci rozvíjet, vzhledem k lepším možnostem sociálního začlenění do společnosti. Jakým způsobem pracovníci na základě svých zjištění nastavují práci s klientem, jaké využívají postupy a metody práce a jak si nastavují hodnocení efektivity své práce. Výstupem práce budou strukturovaná doporučení pro možné změny v rozvíjení kompetencí u cílové skupiny.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the development of social competencies for clients who attend low-threshold facilities for children and youth. The context of the theoretical background is based on environmental socialization, where socialization takes place, in particular the family, its functions, structure, educational styles and an important environmental aspect in terms of the development of the individual. Furthermore, the work deals with the possibilities of working with clients who have NZDM employees who work on developing social skills. The survey carried out as part of this thesis is focused on analysing the possibility of developing social competencies of the targeted group. The aim of this thesis is to determine what methods NZDM workers use to determine the competencies that the client needs help developing due to a better integration into society. How workers on the basis of their findings prepare to work with a client. It also looks into the work methods and how workers evaluate the effectiveness of their work. The output of the work will be structured recommendations for possible changes in the development of the competencies of the targeted group.
