The obligations of the employer in the connection with arising of the employment relationship
Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá základními povinnostmi zaměstnavatele, které jsou na něj kladeny při vniku pracovního poměru. Jedná se o vztahy zaměstnavatele k zaměstnanci a zaměstnavatele vůči orgánům státní správy.
Abstract:
This work deals with the basic responsibilities of employers at the begining of employment. These are the relations between the employer and employee and between the employer and the state bodies.
