Abstract:
Ráčil Jakub. Cenové kalkulace a rozpočty stavebních úprav bytových jednotek. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2022. V textu je popsán způsob tvorby cenových kalkulací pro podnik zabývající se rekonstrukcemi bytových jednotek. Jsou zde analyzovány přímé náklady malé stavební firmy a následně simulovány kalkulace a finanční rozpočty typických stavebních úprav bytových jednotek.
