Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou postavení zastupitelstva obce jako kolegiálního orgánu v rámci organizace veřejné správy s ohledem na jeho specifické složení. Nejprve je vymezena povaha kolegiálního principu z teoretického hlediska a s uvedením příkladů kolegiálních orgánů a jejich srovnáním. The thesis deals with the role of municipal board as a collegial body within organization of the public administration given by its specific composition. First defined the nature of collegial principle from the theoretical point of view and with examples of collegial bodies and their comparison.
