Abstract:
Mesenchymální stromální buňky jsou buňky s unikátními vlastnostmi, díky nimž mají velký potenciál stát se léčivem moderní terapie. Tyto buňky se vyznačují multipotencí, schopností sebeobnovy, jsou jen slabě imunogenní a jsou schopny imunomodulace. Mesenchymal stromal cells are cells with unique properties that give them great po-tential to become an advanced therapy medicinal products. These cells are character-ized by multipotence, by the ability of self-renewal, they are only weakly immunogen-ic and they are capable of immunomodulation.
