Abstract:
Aim of master's dissertation is the premise focused on Italian cuisine, located in the city of Trnava, Slovak Republic. The work describes and analyzes procedures for establishing the proposed concept of the restaurant.
Abstract:
Cieľ práce je návrh gastronomickej prevádzky zameranej na taliansku kuchyňu, nachádzajúcej sa v meste Trnava, Slovenská republika. Práca opisuje analýzy a postupy na vytvorenie navrhovaného konceptu reštaurácie.
