Participants and their communication difficulties in teaching vocational subjects at secondary school

Abstract:

Cílem práce je popsat a analyzovat, jak je realizována pedagogická komunikace mezi učitelem, žákem a asistentem pedagoga ve vybrané výuce na střední škole v Moravskoslezském kraji. Specificky se zamyslíme nad vlivem působení asistenta ve vybrané výuce na střední škole z hlediska interpersonální komunikace. V teoretické části práce se zaměříme na komunikační situace ve výuce, ve kterých je přítomen asistent pedagoga a popíšeme komunikační vliv asistenta pedagoga na klima a atmosféru třídy ve vztahu k inkluzivnímu vzdělávání. V empirické části práce se zaměříme na zjištění, jak se jednotliví účastníci pedagogické komunikace projevují ve vybrané výuce ekonomicky zaměřených předmětů na střední škole se zaměřením na specifickou roli asistenta pedagoga.

Abstract:

The aim of this thesis is to characterize and analyze realization of pedagogical communication between teacher, student and teaching assistants in chosen classes in high school in Moravian-Silesian Region. We will specifically think about the influence of the assistant's work in selected classes in high school in terms of interpersonal communication. In theoretical part of this thesis we will focus on communication situations in teaching in which the teacher's assistant is present and describe the communication influence of the assistant on the climate and atmosphere of the classroom in relation to inclusion. In the empirical part we will focus on finding out how individual participants in pedagogical communication realize themselves in chosen economy related classes in high school with a focus on the specific role of the teacher's assistant.
