Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakteristikou potravinářských barviv. Je zpracován přehled jednotlivých skupin potravinářských barviv, jejich výskyt a použití. Uvedena je také legislativa používání potravinářských barviv. Pozornost je věnována rovněž zdravotním aspektům použití přírodních a syntetických potravinářských barviv.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the characteristics of food coloring. It is making a survey of different groups of food dyes, their presence and use. Legislation is also given the use of food dyes. Attention is also paid to health aspects of the use of natural and synthetic food dyes.
