Fish Dishes as a Part of Czech National Identity

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na českou národní identitu, rybí pokrmy a na výzkum o rybách, který se prováděl v období rybolovu, na místech souvisejících s tématem. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na tři části: teoreticko-metodologickou, analytickou a návrhovou. Cílem práce je popsat vztah mezi rybami, rybími pokrmy a českou národní identitou. Teoreticko-metodologická část obsahuje informace získané z odborné literatury a z důvěryhodných internetových zdrojů, které jsou zaměřené na téma práce. Analytická část vychází z kvantitativního výzkumu a chí-kvadrátu kontingenční tabulky. Základem průzkumu byla zvolena metoda sběru informací do záznamového archu. Ten byl složen z předem připravených otázek a respondenti odpovídali osobně na místě konání v rámci eventů svému dotazujícímu. Bakalářská práce je zapojena do stále probíhajícího výzkumu, projektu pod názvem: Kulturní tradice českého rybářství ve světle jejího využití v cestovním ruchu a krajinotvorbě. Místa konání výzkumu se nacházela u Drahotínského rybníka a na plzeňských trzích v období od listopadu do prosince loňského roku. Konečné výsledky jsou zaznamenány v kapitole o výsledcích záznamového archu se slovním komentářem. Třetí návrhová část byla zhodnocena výsledky dvou analýz a zodpovězením na tři hypotetické otázky. Závěr práce je zhodnocený celkově s pohledem na přínos získaných informací z použité odborné literatury a výzkumu dotazníkového šetření.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis focuses on czech national identity, fish dishes and fish research which happened in the time of pond fishing. The thesis is divided in to three parts: theoretical – metodology, analytical and propositional. The purpose of this thesis is to understand and describe the relationship between fish dishes and czech national identity. Theoretical part includes information obtained from expertise literature and reliable sources from the internet. Analytical part is based on quantitative research and chi – square pivot table. As a base of this research was selected method of recording the obtained information in to a sheet. This sheet was compiled of questions and answers asked in person during various fishing events. The bachelor thesis is a part of ongoing research „ Tradition of Czech fisheries used in local travel industry“. As a location of this research was choosen „Drahotínský rybník“ – local pond near the western city of Pilsen, and a local street market, between november and december last year. Results and answers are recorded in the chapter of Final results, verbal comment is attached as well. Third part is used as a evaluation of two analysis and answering three hypothetical questions. Ending of this thesis is evaluated with focus on the obtained information with the use of expert literature and the research of Q&A.
