Operation of the company in the black market

Abstract:

Téma týkající se fungování firmy na černém trhu je aktuální, neboť stínová ekonomika zde byla, je a nadále bude. O toto téma se již delší dobu zajímám. Je nemožné stínovou ekonomiku, resp. černý trh úplně vymýtit. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je provedena analýza problematiky z věcného hlediska. Jsou zde zmíněny základní pojmy týkající se černé a šedé ekonomiky, stejně jako dopady a příčiny této existence. V praktické části je na příkladu reálného podniku znázorněna možnost vstupu firmy na pole černé ekonomiky.

Abstract:

The topic of the company's operations on the black market is current, because the shadow economy has always been here and will exist in the future. I have been interested in this topic for a long term. It is impossible to think that shadow economy or black market can be completely deleted. The bachelor’s work is divided into two parts: theoretical and practical. In the theoretical part there is an analysis of the issue from the materiál point of view. There are mentioned basic concepts of the black and gray economy, as well as the impacts and causes of the existence. In the practical part there is an example of real firm and its possibility to enter the black economy.
