The Use of the Balanced Scorecard Method at the Level of Local Authorities
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním návrhu zavedení metody BSC do strategického plánování ve vybrané obci. Součástí návrhu je také vytipování hlavních měřítek pro určení hodnocení úspěšné strategie. Práce dále charakterizuje metodu BSC jako nástroj strategického managementu a analyzuje její současné využívání na úrovni místních samospráv.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis deals with suggestion processing of introduction Balanced Scorecard Method into the strategic planning to selected municipality. A part of this suggestion is as well predict of main scale for determination of success strategy.
