The possibilities of labour market inclusion of homeless people
Abstract:
Cílem práce jsou možnosti návratu lidí bez domova na trh práce. Práce se zabývá koncepty životní situace a sociálního fungování, jsou představeny základní informace o bezdomovectví a trhu práce. Práce je zaměřena na identifikaci bariér vstupu lidí bez domova na trh práce. Metodologická část práce představuje způsob výzkumu a použité nástroje. K realizaci byla vybrána kvalitativní strategie. The aim of this paper is to assess the possibilities of homeless people to include to the labour market. The text works with life situation and social functioning concept and introduces basic information about homelessness and labour market.
