Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vztahem mezi motivací a pracovním výkonem. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza motivace k pracovnímu výkonu ve vybraném podniku a současně návrh praktických doporučení pro zlepšení, se zaměřením pozornosti na několik klíčových oblastí.
