Abstract:

GREKSA Adam: WAGIES AND SALARIES IN PRAXIS [Graduate Theses] – Banking Institute College Prague - Principal advisor: prof. JUDr. Vojtech Tkáč, CSc. – Banská Bystrica: 2009, 57 p. Key words: wage, salary, minimum salary, salaried system, collective bargaining, trade union, collective agreement. The object of my work is to define wages and salaries and explain the salaried system in the terms of the labour relations acts and point out factors influencing the salary setting. The employee salaried system in the business sector is conditioned in the labour code. The main salary task is to appreciate the employees’ results and all aspect their effort with paying attention to the wages factors which are important for the company. The minimum level of the salary is guaranteed in the government regulation. The maximum salary level is not restricted. The task of minimum salaries tariffs is securing the minimum salary level at the employers whose salaried system is not solved in the collective agreement. The minimum salary fulfils the social and economical function. The salaried system is concerned with the salary and wages setting and other employee benefits. It deals with the salary structure from the point of share of the fixed and variable part of the salary, financial and non-cash award. In the Slovakia there is the focus of setting the salaries not only in the legislation but in the collective bargaining too. The result of collective bargaining is the collective agreement. The main function of collective bargaining and trade union activity is defence employees, salaries, working, social, cultural rights and other interests of the trade union members which are connected with their occupation. Trade union activities influence the employers whose employees are not associated in the trade unions too.

GREKSA Adam: MZDY A PLATY V PRAXI. [Bakalárska práca] - Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. - Vedúci Práce: prof. JUDr. Vojtech Tkáč, CSc. - Banská Bystrica : 2009. 57s. Základné pojmy: mzda, plat, minimálna mzda, systém odmeňovania, kolektívne vyjednávanie, odbory, kolektívne zmluvy. Cieľom mojej bakalárskej práce je charakterizovať mzdu, objasniť problematiku systému odmeňovania v zmysle platných pracovnoprávnych predpisov a poukázať na činitele ovplyvňujúce tvorbu mzdy. Odmeňovanie zamestnancov v podnikateľskom sektore je rámcovo upravené v Zákonníku práce. Úlohou mzdy je oceniť výsledky práce pracovníka, oceniť všetky aspekty jeho výkonov s prihliadnutím na tie mzdové faktory, ktoré sú pre podnik dôležité. Minimálna úroveň mzdy je garantovaná v nariadení vlády SR. Horná hranica mzdy nie je obmedzená. Úlohou minimálnych mzdových taríf je zabezpečiť minimálnu úroveň zárobku zamestnancov u zamestnávateľov, u ktorých nie je odmeňovanie riešené v kolektívnej zmluve. Minimálna mzda plní ekonomickú a sociálnu funkciu. Spôsobom stanovenia miezd a platov, prípadne zamestnaneckých výhod pracovníkov sa zaoberá systém odmeňovania. Rieši štruktúru celkovej odmeny z hľadiska podielu základnej a pohyblivej zložky mzdy, peňažných a nepeňažných foriem odmeňovania. V podmienkach Slovenskej republiky je ťažisko určovania miezd, prípadne iných pracovných podmienok zamestnávania okrem zákonov aj na kolektívnom vyjednávaní, ktorého výsledkom sú kolektívne zmluvy. Základným poslaním kolektívneho vyjednávania a činnosti odborov je obhajoba práv odborárov, obhajovanie ich zamestnaneckých, mzdových, pracovných, sociálnych, kultúrnych a ďalších záujmov, ktoré vznikajú a súvisia s vykonávaním ich povolania. Pôsobenie odborov má vplyv aj na tých zamestnávateľov, ktorých zamestnanci nie sú združení v odboroch.
