Abstract:
Obec je právnickou osobou a jako taková má určité samosprávní povinnosti. Cílem této práce bude popsat tuto samosprávní činnost a také nastínit možnosti, které má obec při své podnikatelské činnosti. V první části práce budou řešeny funkce obce v rámci veřejné správy a její základní charakteristika. Další část práce je zaměřena na podnikatelskou činnost obce a její organizační formy. Municipality has the status of legal entity and as such it is bound by certain autonomous obligations. The objective of this thesis is to describe this autonomous activity and to outline the municipality’s possibilities concerning its commercial activity.
