Effect on anticorrosion efficiency paints containing zinc powder as an anodic inhibitor in combination with conductive polymers

Abstract:

Obsahem diplomové práce je studium antikorozních vlastností nátěrových hmot s obsahem zinkového prachu a vodivých polymerů. Mezi vodivé polymery, které byly použity v této diplomové práci, jsou zařazeny polyanilin, polypyrrol a polyfenylendiamin. Všechny vzorky testovaných nátěrů byly postupně podrobeny fyzikálně-mechanickým zkouškám, jako jsou stanovení přilnavosti organického povlaku, stanovení odolnosti organického povlaku při ohybu, stanovení odolnosti organického povlaku při deformaci úderem a stanovení odolnosti organického povlaku vůči hloubení. V další etapě byly organické povlaky zkoumány pomocí zrychlených korozních zkoušek. Při těchto zkouškách byla zjišťována celková antikorozní účinnost. Tyto zkoušky probíhaly v kondenzační komoře a v komoře se solnou mlhou. Získané hodnoty byly zpracovány do tabulek a vzájemně porovnány.

Abstract:

The content of this thesis is a study of anticorrosive gualities of coating compositions with the kontent of zinc dust and conductive polymers. Polyaniline, polypyrrole and polyphenylendianine were included among conductivite polymers which were used in this thesis. All samples of tested coatings were gradually put to physially-mechanical tests such as determination of adhesion of organic coating, resistance determination of organic coating during bending, resistance determination of organic coating during impact deformation and determination of resistance of organic coating by trenching. In further stage organic coatings were also tested by using accelerated corrosive testing. During this testing total anticorrosive efficiency was detected. These tests were held in the condensation chamber and the chamber with salt spray. Gained figures were processed into tables and mutually compared.
