The purpose of this work is to describe and analyze the relationship between the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia and the Republic of Croatia, which is downright by description of fundamental principles of functioning of the Tribunal, the role of Croatia in the war in Former Yugoslavia, but first of all by development of relationship between Croatia and the Tribunal.
