Managerial Skills and their Significance in Company Management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá kompetencemi manažerů na různých úrovních managementu a dopad těchto kompetencí na firemní kulturu a motivaci zaměstnanců. Cílem je poskytnout analýzu těchto kompetencí a zjistit, jakým způsobem je díky nim ovlivněna firemní kultura. Práce nabízí návrhy a doporučení pro manažery, kteří mají zájem o rozvoj sebe sama ve své pracovní pozici, o zavádění metod přispívajících k budování a udržování pozitivní firemní kultury na pracovišti, nebo o motivaci zaměstnanců k práci.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis explores the competencies of managers at various levels of management and their impact on corporate culture and employee motivation. The aim of the thesis is to provide an analysis of these competencies and determine how they influence corporate culture. The thesis offers suggestions and recommendations for managers interested in developing themselves in their roles, implementing methods that contribute to building and maintaining a positive corporate culture in the workplace, or motivating employees.
