Práce se zabývá moderními metodami značení biomolekul. Pozornost je věnována především luminiscenčnímu značení polovodičovými kvantovými tečkami, přípravě biokonjugátů a vývoji separačních metod, které jsou vhodné pro purifikace nanočástic a jejich konjugátů. This work deals with the modern methods of the labelling of biomolecules. Attention is focused on the luminescent marking of semiconductor quantum dots, synthesis of bioconjugates and development of separation methods suitable for purification of nanoparticles and their conjugates.
