Education of the employees at the Labor Office of the Czech republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou realizace politiky lidských zdrojů na Úřadu práce České republiky, konkrétněji pak systémem vzdělávání zaměstnanců tohoto úřadu. Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců na Úřadu práce České republiky. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se nejprve zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu řízení lidských zdrojů, následně pak popíše personální činnosti, které probíhají v procesu řízení lidských zdrojů. Dále představí orgán státní správy Úřad práce České republiky (dále ÚP ČR), politiku lidských zdrojů tohoto úřadu a činnosti, které jsou realizovány v rámci této politiky, konkrétně pak popíše systém vzdělávání zaměstnanců v tomto úřadu. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu systému vzdělávání zaměstnanců ÚP ČR formou dotazníkového šetření. Na základě vyhodnocení provedené analýzy jsou předloženy návrhy a doporučení, které mohou být předmětem odborné diskuse managementu úřadu práce za účelem provedení změn či úpravy tohoto systému.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesis deals with the issue of the implementation of human resources policy at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic, more specifically the system of training employees of this office. The goal of this bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the employee training system at the Labor Office of the Czech Republic. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part first focuses on the definition of the concept of human resources management, then describes the personnel activities that take place in the process of human resources management. It will also present the state administration body the Labor Office of the Czech Republic (hereafter ÚP ČR), the human resources policy of this office and the activities that are implemented within the framework of this policy, and specifically describe the employee training system in this office. The practical part of the work is focused on the analysis of the system of education of employees of the ÚP ČR in the form of a questionnaire survey. Based on the evaluation of the performed analysis, proposals and recommendations are presented, which may be the subject of professional discussion by the management of the Labor office for the purpose of making changes or adjustments to this system.
