Proposal of an employee’s benefits system in a business entity and their tax aspects
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zaměstnanecké benefity a jejich daňové aspekty. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření jsou analyzovány preference a požadavky zaměstnanců. Následně je navržen systém zaměstnaneckých benefitů ve vybraném podniku s přihlédnutím na daňové dopady na zaměstnavatele i zaměstnance z hlediska daně z příjmů. Návrh je rovněž ekonomicky vyčíslen.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on employee benefits and their tax aspects. Employee preferences and requirements are analysed by means of a questionnaire survey. Subsequently, a system of employee benefits in the selected business entity is proposed, taking into account the tax implications for employers and employees in terms of income tax. The proposal is also economically quantified.
