Resources, formation and development of corporate culture company
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na studium podnikové kultury firmy. Nejprve budou vymezena teoretická východiska vztahující se k danému tématu. Pozornost bude věnována typologiím podnikové kultury, vzniku, vývoji a vlivu podnikové kultury na zaměstnance. Analytická část práce se zaměří na identifikaci obsahu a síly podnikové kultury a na vybrané faktory, které ji ovlivňují.
Abstract:
The work is focused on the study of the corporate culture of the company. First, they defined the theoretical background related to the topic. Attention will be paid to typologies of corporate culture, origin, evolution and impact of corporate culture on employees. The analytical part will focus on the identification of a strength of corporate culture and selected factors that affect it.
