Tématem bakalářské práce je bezpečnost potravin a dodržováním bezpečnostních předpisů ve vybraném hotelu. Vybraným hotelem je Hotel Koníček. The topic of the bachelor's thesis is food safety and compliance with safety regulations in the selected hotel. The selected hotel is Hotel Koníček.
