Motivation of Technical Teachers to continuing professional development
Abstract:
Tato práce si klade za cíl pojmenovat pohnutky, které vedou učitele odborných předmětů k jejich dalšímu vzdělávání, a popsat podmínky a možnosti, jaké k tomu mají. Za metodu zkoumání sloužil rozhovor. Osloveni byli čtyři učitelé z různých škol, a to v oborech umění, ekologie, ekonomie a zemědělství. Každý ze zpovídaných odpovídal na šest otevřených otázek. Target of this seminar work was find out common factors which are leading Technical Teachers to continuing professional development, describe conditions and possibilities which are exists.
