Bakalářská práce se zabývá mcdonaldizací sociálních služeb z antropologické perspektivy. Vychází z vlastního terénního výzkumu, který byl prováděn v organizaci poskytující odlehčovací službu. Součástí terénního výzkumu bylo zúčastněné pozorování, nestrukturované a polostrukturované rozhovory s informátory. This thesis deals with mcdonaldization of social services from anthropological perspective. I tis based on the original field research, which was conducted in an organization providing relief service.
