Changes in wastewater management in low-rise or family-run development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření s dešťovými vodami a zneškodňováním vod odpadních v nízkopodlažní bytové zástavbě. V důsledku klimatických změn a nerovnoměrnosti srážek dochází v posledních letech k častým projevům sucha či záplav. Téma je stále velmi diskutované a aktuální, na této půdě dochází k velmi častým změnám, na které legislativa nestačí s dostatečnou rychlostí reagovat. V této souvislosti je legislativní rámec problematiky v bodech uveden. Dále jsou v práci popsány možnosti čerpání finančních prostředků na nová technologická řešení, zlepšení stavu infrastruktury a udržitelné hospodaření. Na základě dostupných aktuálních údajů jsou zdokumentovány změny z hlediska nároků na řešení hospodaření s těmito vodami a porovnány údaje o množství vypouštěných a čištěných vod. Cílem práce je s uvedením příkladů zhodnotit ekonomickou náročnost při dobudování technické infrastruktury a alternativní řešení.

Abstract:

The thesis deals with managing rainfall water and waste management in low-floor housing development. Climatic changes and irregularities in the last years lead to frequent droughts or floods. This issue is oftentimes discussed and still current. There are very often variations in this field and legislation is not able to react quickly enough. In this context, the legislative frame of this issue is described in separate points. Furthermore, the thesis describes possibilities of drawing funds for new technological solutions, improving the condition of infrastructure and sustainable management. Based on available and current data, the changes from the water management point of view are documented and data regarding the amount of drained out and treated water are compared. The target of this thesis is to through presenting examples evaluate economical demands while constructing technical infrastructure and alternative solutions.
